Recent work experience involved managing a portfolio of large AdWords clients at Google, Ireland, where I also had the opportunity to get involved in delivering Google's unique Creative Skills for Innovation Lab workshop to groups of various nationalities and sizes. CSI:Lab is a user-centered, prototype-driven class that aims at teaching "creative skills for innovation" based on the design thinking process developed at the d.school: Institute of Design at Stanford. 

 

My B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in International Business from Maastricht University (Netherlands) and work experience have provided me with the necessary knowledge of internal company processes to study the applicability of design thinking in the business world.

 

Having lived and worked in seven different countries on three continents I am also an intercultural enthusiast. In 2013 I spend 6 months at AIESEC matching incoming exchange students with NGOs and executing presentations about intercultural issues to NGOs and universities in Buenos Aires.
